The next phase of construction has started and will focus on earthwork activities to prepare the site for future building stages. Over the next few months, you may notice additional activity within our site fence.

Please note that beginning on January 5th, due to the commencement of site/earthwork we will also begin the closure of sidewalks and the parking lanes abutting the project on Tigertail Avenue and Mary Street for safety reasons as mandated by the City.

To help minimize traffic impacts to our community, construction vehicles will be required to follow a designated route, avoiding the smaller internal neighborhood roads. The aerial image to the right shows the planned path of travel.
